Blessed Hearts Adult Foster Care Home was created by Diane McClenney and Kimberly Richey. 

Two Long time friends who shared the same belief, that women who suffers a mental disorder deserve to live in a clean, safe and loving home.

After working in the medical field both Diane and Kimberly experienced first hand, How hard it can be for these women to not only maintain their basic daily living needs, but to also find adequate housing without being discriminated against due to their medical condition.
